In 2017, a scrappy but mostly unknown chemical company called Micromidas Inc. hired us to rebuild their brand from the ground up—from category strategy to renaming to brand design to a new website. We renamed them Origin Materials, and laid the strategic groundwork for them to create and dominate the Carbon Negative Materials category. Origin is soon to become the first of their category to go public, with a valuation of $1.8 billion.
